You've got a great portfolio! I think you just need to change things up in life, pursue a hobby or something. I like what I do as a career but would go fucking crazy without hobbies. Self-expression is important for creative types especially I think. Without it emotions can really sink, so try to find something else (making music, personal art, travel, etc.) that can get you experiencing something new and that you have an interest in.

sounds like you're in a rut.
it's possible that you're just accustomed to a specific routine. maybe what you need to do is change things up a bit. make it a point to ride your bike every night going in a different direction each time. go shoot some hoops at the local park, who cares if you suck and can't make a basket. call some old friends or get out and make some new ones. i think sometimes it's all about setting your mind and body free by doing something that requires a bit of focus, time and energy to spend which might help you forget about the mundane shit you got going on in your life.
i've been down this road twice before. each time it was just a matter of me breaking my routine and getting active. i tried golf too which really seemed to help. i'd just go to the range all day and practice even though i sucked. the second time i'd go out and ride my bike every night which was great. also it wore me out and helped me sleep at night.
good luck buddy.
