Mac Backup / Sync?

I have time machine set up. I also want to back up my media files to a different external drive. I don't want it to sync, just copy all new / modified files over. By sync I mean, if I delete a file on my mac, I want to keep it on the external. The external ones can be re-written though as I modify files on my mac.
Is there a feature that handles this or do I need some software? Any suggestions if so?

Check out Backblaze!

So you want to keep all files created, but not keep versioning of files? (confused)
Why not keep it all, disk space is cheap.

Why do you want to do the additional backup exactly? (What will it do that Time Machine isn't doing?)
Have you thought about doing an additional Time Machine backup at another location (to be really safe)?

Time Machine doesn't create full restore-fully-to-boot backups. Some files are missing, there is some reading on this somewhere online. Also, incremental backups are a big waste of resources, especially when working with large files.
