Export images from Word?

I know of any number of way I could do this myself, but my client is trying to do it himself and the old bastard is expecting a user friendly way to do it. I want to tell him he's an idiot for putting them there in the first place and he's now screwed, but I think that might not go over well. Anyone know of a simple way within Word itself?

select image >> right click copy >> open mspaint >> right click paste >> done

we get clients sending us images in word docs all time...muppets!
I usually do the same as 'GeorgesII' which should work...sometimes doesn't though and I have to make the image as large as possible (whilst still looking good) then print screen, then paste into PS and crop...frustrating...but these people keep us in a job :)

Instead of treating your client like a fucking idiot, treat him like he's the one paying you to help him -- because, he is.
Stop being a douchebag and try to enlighten him as to the right way to do things, instead of begrudgingly doing it. Maybe then he'll appreciate you as an asset, and not a money pit.
