thanks to everyone who shared their ideas with me for this logo. here are the final 4 i'm showing to the client. any final feeback?

PS: can someone please share what you think about the positioning/tracking of "essentials" in #3? i'm not sure about this one.

#2: BEAR too tight, namely the B, E. and the "&" is too far to the right. but i like that one. just shrink the "&" a tad. seems to prominent rnow.

at 100% it is hard to read, some of the words became illegible at 50%
try to look at your work at lower sizes to make sure it can translate from larger to smaller...

Some weird optical illusion makes it look tilted, as if "Bull" is a little above "Bear"

If the 'ESSENTIALS' isn't essential then delete it.
You really need to work on the kerning. The 'BU' is too tight on all of them. It is the details like this that may throw off the client without either of you even realising why. For most people it is a subconscious, not conscious, realisation.
