Is it just on Montreal? This summer we had like 4 or 5 days or sun. It's either grey and/or raining e-v-e-r-y day since the beginning of summer. And the temperatures are way under the normal... 16 or 18 isn't normal.
Last year, it was the same. Experts says it's gonna be like this for a least the next 10 years. Climate changing thing...
