convert swf to gif?

hi
i need a free bit of mac software to convert a swf file to an animated gif, any ideas?

cant you export an fla as a gif?
try opeing in flash then exporting from there...

In my experience you are in trouble if the swf has multiple layers.
The only way around this is the rebuild the gif by hand.

exporting to png-sequence in quicktime, creating the gif with photoshop worked for me last time.
