What is the best way to do this?
In illustrator it's easy when you save as PDF, but in PS I can't see these features when saving as PDF.

sorry, just read.
you don't do it that way from photoshop unless:
a: you're a noob and don't know any better
b: you really dig enormous pdf'sif you want to do it correctly, place the psd as a tif or eps or dcs into indesign (preferable) or illustrator and output the pdf from there.

get on mac > save jpg > open image in firefox/ safari > file > print > press PDF > select save as... > BOOOM! you have a pdf

np. those there psd pdfs are enormous. no doubt in future versions the above statement will be wrong and change but for now it's the best way.
