paint plasma tv frame ?

is it possible/ok to unscrew the outer frame of my NEC plasma tv and have it painted black? its grey and it looks shitty.. any suggestions ?

yes.
but make sure you're using a good spray gun and lacquer or it will look shit. or just mask the screen and spray the whole thing, like street style yo!

its metal, but i see some screws behind the tv, so its better to unscrew them first before applying the paint? i dont wanna risk the screen..

it's a tv for god's sake, who cares what it looks like, why did you buy it if you didn't like it.
It's like people who stick stupid graphic stickers/covers on their ipods. Just leave it alone, it doesn't make you more individual by doing that.

There is this place.
They're not doing TVs yet...but you might be able to talk them into it.
It's kinda pricey though.
