What French Documentary

I remember it was done by a french documentian.
It was about War in Iraq and how America got there. Series of interviews of senior white house officials and other senior political leaders around the world.
The whole excercise was about editing can change the perception and narrative of the story. The story it was very dramatic and funny at times but very belivable.
I saw this in Canada on CBC about 4-5 years ago. I am guessing it was produced 5-6 years ago?
Anyone know?

No its not. It has the tone of Frontline. There were some scenes that sure supposed to be actual footages including interviews. The documentary really give it self away (that its all edited fakes) when they shows a scene from Clear and Present Danger.

It was 5th Estate. It was that weekly documentary series where they show documentaries that wont air in other countries for the content.

Thanks ideal but that wasnt it.
The documentary's cloaked it self as a war in iraq / bush administration theme but it was about social commentary on how media and editing can change out perception.

^ yes, CBC is great. I do miss that unbiased showcase. I never realized how propaganda filled news was until I moved here.

I remember in the beginning they said that this documentary was banned in Britain and US....
