the only ''special'' call I see, is the phone call I've made in Paris 2 weeks ago to Montreal. A transatlantic call! 30$ !

have you bought anything recently that equaled that amount?
no? then call the credit card company.
the location may or may not indicate anything to worry about, but if you know you haven't made any purchases recently or any totalling $30 dollars then it's a red flag

where did you phone at charles de gaules?
I can go there and ask them this weekend if you want, but I doubt it comes from that.
