Ok, so my ATT iPhone reception is utter shite: At home, at work, and everywhere in between. My GF has a 5-year-old Nokia phone, uses TMobile, and her phone reception is flawless.
If I Jailbreak my phone and insert the Nokia SIM card, will I receive better reception on my iPhone?

You need to unlock to use on tmo not just jailbreak and yes it can better but depends on where you live and quality of the partcular service in that area
