is there a way of resetting fobs to it will go into different doors.
basically lost my house key fob to get into the complex but have old ones from other places
so was wandering if there is a way so i dont have to pay their extortionate £50 fine ?
I looked into hacking one a few years back and was quickly put off by the complexity.
They saw you coming
It depends though.
Post a scan of both sides of the fob, so we can see what brand and serial it has. Then, just quickly remind us what your home address is, please?
£50 - same here.
I had to pay it after loosing my keys recently - it was painful, yes.
theres gotta be some sort of bluetooth hacking thing
they must do it themselves the same sort of way
well i should hope it's pretty difficult... otherwise what's the point in having them?
£50! shizzle dude that bites!!!
hmmm i wonder if keycutters would be able to..?
Are these fobs the same size, shape, colour? if so just say it's stopped working?!
so no then ?
i think they are bound by law to give you more than one fob, no? for instance, at my place, the owner of the flat is entitled to 1 of the existing 4, and the other three are mine.
- yeh but i lost the 1 i gotWeLoveNoise
- Need to move to a pay per use model - 50p in the slot, every time you go indoors.Nairn
- what i am saying is that you should have three, not one. the *owner* gets 1, the person who lives there gets 3!paraselene
- i get that but they r still charging
if u lose it is ur fault so they r in there rights to charge just not a fortuneWeLoveNoise
- fortune whihc is offsideWeLoveNoise
Don't understand the question. Is the 'fob' some kind of keyless entry device, place it near the door and it unlocks?
