L.A is a hate and love thing so i would say N.Y. then that rent is much higher and employer pays the same rate, is an other story. :-)

Narragansett, RI. Some of the most beautiful coastline I've ever seen, but the parts I'm talking about are a bit off the beaten track... and then there's the ferry to Block Island, which is a stunning place.

Never been to the states but I have this unlearned sympathy towards Boston or even some mountains more into to upstate NY. Dunno. Dreamed about it once, but I don't think I'm leaving.

My favorite one that I've lived in is Seattle. To heck with living in a city, though!
