the news/blog website on front page

  The other day there was a website that someone raised and i cant remember the name of it.

  It was a news, hub thing with a video it in where the owner had an afro and explained the elements of the site. which essentially was a list of buttons that was sectioned into categories like news, thing of interest etc.

  sorry for the vague description. hopefully someone knows what i'm on a about.
