Hello everyone,
After quite a bit of research, I'm hoping to get your opinion on some Interactive programs in Europe, any recommendations are definitely welcome. I completed my degree in Design however my skills are mostly in print, and for some time now I have been wanting to step into the interactive realm.
Any recommendations, or great experiences you have had or heard of?
Also, any particular thoughts on the interactive programs in Holland (Gerrit Rietveld / Willem de Kooning / ArtEZ)?
Thank you very much!

Swedish Hyper Island is definitely one of the best in the world:

clarify what you mean by 'interactive'?
VAV (video, audio-visual) at Rietveld is quite good. but it's art, not web-design.

Interactive as in web-design, yes. But also touching on a variety of digital arts as well. Unfortunately I was not aware that Rietveld did not have a good chunk of web-design included in their program.

any exceptional schools for interactive courses in London? I heard LCC was quite good. Opinions?

I don't think there are any good courses in London. I think the problem is that interactive design is so young, nobody has really worked out how to teach it.
