Im trying to recreate a move I do in illustrator in photoshop. When I want to duplicate a border around an object and make it bigger i use offset path and hit copy. How do i do that in PSD?

I doubt you can achieve such treatment quickly.
the cloth could be done with an effect (don't remember the name, but basically it fills the shape with lines, you can define how straight it's applied) but the rest would require to be redrawn IMO. but I might miss something.If you ever find how to do that, share, SHARE !! :)

you can but it requires drawing skills and a pen tablet. :P
