kodaks toxic colors used to have information on the foul company and their moving of county lines to ensure their amount of pollution was "legal" but they apparently didn't stick with it

There was once a website that had developer times for usage with standard B+W film and water from Lake Ontario, which is where Kodak would dump thier K-14 waste....but I can't find it now.....
