ha, i just took my girlie over there the other day on the way to griffith park.
two years ago it was looking pretty bad, but the restoration efforts have been pretty good - the only problem is you can see a huge difference between the old blocks and the new ones due to fading and corrosion. still, given the location, and historic significance that's a fair asking price i'd say.
