PROS: During the free fall, there was an intense sense of euphoria, then an utter sense of calmness. man I wished I had a joint in my pocket then.
CONS: kinda expensive, anticipation is fearfull, too short of a ride.I don't know what I was doing with my arms there. But I highly recommend this to anyone. If old man Bush can do it....

Welcome to the club!
I jumped when I turned 30.
It was AMAZING!
horrible PS:
a couple weeks later after I jumped...the plane went down killing the pilot, cameraman and instructor I went with.
I have not jumped since, but I have taken up flying lessons....I'm not sure what the moral of that story is.

I have a deathly fear of flying. Jumping out of a plane is out of the question for me.

Nice! I got into skydiving in college. Did something like 27 jumps over a 6 month period. Never went tandem. Started with a static line and made my way up to solo free falls. It was awesome. I highly recommend the solo free falls.

For those who haven't; I have a death gripping fear of heights (can't even go up on skyscrapers). Doing a tandem is more safer than the roads. I was freaking out up until the dive so the most fearful things are played out in your MIND. These instructors have done thousands of dive without any problems. You only live once, so do it!
