just got my new pc in the new building and it wont connect to the internet through the router :(
using win xp
tried network setup wizard
manually set my ip address (so now i can see the workgroup computers)
but still cant get onto the network

Your ISP loggs your MAC-number (unique number of your PC). It is usual to take around four hours for them to update their databases.. (if you re-connected your old pc thats 4 + 4 hours)

im manually entering DNS now :(

contact them (tech. help) if you want direct access, they should be able to update the database manually
