Who is it that draws those fairly iconic French style cartoons / illustrations of people with stick legs and curved heads with triangular noses. Lots of French cops, very simple style, also animated. I keep thinking of the Pink Panther but it's not that, similar age though. Anyone? It's driving me nuts.
