It's called Delicious Safari. The free version is annoying, it reminds you to purchase every time you access a link from the drop-down menu.
I shelled out the $10-15 for the legit version. I use it very often.

i was looking for a Windows version of it... At work, I would like to use Safari4 or Chrome but I want/need the Delicious Toolbar.
