I've been meaning to post this for a long time but always forget to.
I've found that, while I've had my iphone since last August, when I look at the screen for 5 seconds in a cab, I get nauseous and dizzy almost instantly. I feel like Im' going to throw up and faint.
It happens more in a cab that is constantly speeding up and slowing down. Not so much in a car at consistent speed.
But i was just curious if anyone else has experienced this.

It's called motion sickness and it affects many people, including myself.
- Happens when I read a book or a map in a moving car as well.monospaced

It could be syphilis or lupus.

And I'm sure whether it's iPhone or Blackberry, motion sickness plagues all phones.

has to do with your body feeling motion, but your eyes having no fixed reference as to how you're actually moving.

I never had this happen with any other phone though. something about the ipod screen. I can read in a car just fine.
Cabs are nausea-inducing anyways, especially in a city like Chicago - speed up, slam on the breaks, speed up, slam on the breaks over and over and over.
- i can never ride in a cab hungover for this reason... plus the smellfooler2

i heard they fixed that with the 3.0 update.
- yes, but you also have to purchase a 3G(S) and renew your AT&T plan for 2 more yearsPoint5
