HIIIIII!
I want to know if Iam the only one to have this problem :
I have a Mac Pro Intel Xeon 2x Quad shit.
with 8 gigafuckingbytes of RAM
a ATI Radeon HD2600 - 256Mband Iam using the last version of Firefucks.
Now, sometimes when Iam watching videos on Youtube, the video is shaky... not fluid... like if the video were 15 FPS ...
a) Why?

Do you have an 30 inch ACD (or same res) ? Same shit happens on my unibody mbp when connected to the screen. Using firefox. Strange

i dont have adblock. I have a normal SyncMaster 22 inches Samsung monitor. resolution of the screen is 1600x1200.
When i watch Home, the video is a little bit choppy... not too much but just enough to notice it. Same thing with a lot of other videos. Always Youtube videos.

Is this for ALL videos or just Youtube?

Check your resolution. Does it happen in Safari? From my understanding Flash and Firefucks can be very resource intensive, but your hardware should handle it with ease. Maybe it's a FF bug.

i tried Safari and I got the same problem...

once again its tolerable (is it an english word?) its just a little bit choppy. But I dont have that choppy-thing on my PC laptop or my PC at work. I guess its a Mac oriented problem. Or maybe a Mac of Benfal oriented problem.

I also have 8 gigafuckinbytes, for the rest very similar specs, and don't have that problem...

Have you tried other flash-based video websites? Maybe it's a Flash bug.

I dont have that problem with all the other flash based video website... only on Youtube.

That's really strange. Have you tried watching in full size and HD or watch regular size in HD? or a combination to see what's happening. May be is a YouTube problem.

HD or not, same problem. Full screen or not, same problem.
Its pretty weird.even the small embed video on my blog are choppy, in the right column: http://mu6.ca/ 296x182 ... and choppy.

I'm just going to throw this out there..
there is a strong chance that this is user error, since you are using ff, you are on mac now, give safari a try :)
