Paypal cart CSS

  I use paypal and have dropdown menus, eg

  I'm looking for a way to style the menu. On mac its fine, PC people seem to miss it though, so I'd like an off white colour behind the menu text 'uk / intl'. I've styled the buy button but I'm not sure how with the menu.
