Domain/site issue

I was wondering if someone can give me some insight on a site issue. I have a site that when you type the domain name into the address bar it redirects to the ip address.
I've made updates to the site and uploaded to their server but it doesn't show up. It just redirects to the ip address and older content. I had no issues about a week ago, but now I'm having problems. Does anyone know what I can do or point me in the right direction to a solution?

i think it's with your domain, not the site/hosting
check if you have some redirects, otherwise check on support with your hosting and / or domain

DNS pointing on the cPanel of your host, call host directly and find out why you are involuntary getting re-directed
