There was this radio station I used to listen to called Indie 103.1 (Southern California)
They had a show called Barely Legal where you could call in and get advice about all kinds of useful stuff. They always pushed this site called
Legalzoom.comHas anyone ever heard of this site? I currently have a LLC w/ tax I.D. and all that jazz. I want to get a Corporation cause I want to have part in some other businesses. This place is offering an LLC for only $149
