At my current job I make quite a bit. But I can't say it's what makes me happy in life.

you don't need to be paid that much in the states. If you made like 40-50, you can get laid off after pretending to be an idiot and get paid 1200 a month while pretending to look for a job but having a life instead.
you won't be paid more than 400 bucks while unemployed, so I don't see the point of striving so far.

Unless people want to start shit storms at their respective workplaces, they won't actually tell you on here. I know of at least 3 or 4 coworkers who frequent qbn...not to mention all the others in competiting agencies

My last salary as ACD was 135k per year in NYC. Although the oversaturation of the talent in this economy and the unemployment rate has been forcing people to lower their standards. It's unfortunate, but hopefully things will start getting better soon.
