My pc running Vista crashes every night at 1.02 am exactly.
I have had two security cameras and a card and a software installed, before that there was no problem, what do you think the problem is?

I think you'll need a bit more info than that to fix it.. but check the error log first, it's called 'event viewer' viewer or similar in vista.
It should be under admin tools or search from start. If that doesn't show anything and it should, uninstall whatever you installed or roll back in system restore to before to be 100% certain it is your new installations causing the problem. Once you know it is them for def you need to obviously see what it is doing at that time, auto updating or whatever.

Have you looked under 'scheduled events' to see if anything runs just before?
- Sorry, 'scheduled tasks' in your system tools folder, start > accessories > system tools > scheduled tasks.Jnr_Madison

upgrade to windows 7. It's much faster and It's free for 1 year. Very easy to upgrade, no need to reinstall anything.

Windows 7 will crash your PC at exactly 1:05 AM.

in programs there is something called event viewer where you can read the logs, should tell you what your machine is doing when it crashes every night

check your antivirus,
mine used to start running at 12.00 and my computer would crash at between 12'11 and 12'17, every fuckn time,
after checking the logs, I realised the AV was causing the problem and just turn off the automatic scan.
problem solved,
