Long story short, where can one find a non-troll roommate in NYC, asides from Craigslist.
I really appreciate your help, I can't stand commuting 3 hrs each day anymore.

By non-troll I mean not Williamsburg, fuck those kids.

What's wrong with Williamsburg?
- the place sucks hard on weekend, mostly guidos believe it or not...robotron3k

its full of people, full of themselves? and a tad overpriced for that one reason
- svenreed0
its not that i don't like williamsburg as much as i don't like the people. id rather be outside of that and travel in when the occasion arises.

I loved all the little shops when I visited. Found some sweet shit at Earwax and Spoonhill & Sugartown. The people seemed friendly even if being "hipsters".

I suggest Hoboken. It's were all the college girls are!

easyroomate.com is best... do it.
- doesnotexist0
don't do it. williamsburg is one big steaming pile of shit.

regardless of if you like the people living there, williamsburg is a rip-off. a lot of bushwick now, too. although maybe prices are coming down, they're usually way overpriced. look at clinton hill or prospect heights for descent prices.
- F train sucks donkey balls though... not enough running.robotron3k
