Say I've got a photoshop doc, 200cm by 150cm. How do I print [desktop] on multi A4 pages so I can join them to make one large image?

yeah its just to stick oon a window while I draw on it

place art file in Indesign and the goto print. Click tile pages. Presto.

chop it up into 10 20cmx15cm images then print each on A4s.
then tile them together with tape.- << you might want to give yourself .5 inch extra to overlap and trim.baseline_shift

Setup document to scale in Indesign. Place art file in document. Goto print. In print dialog goto Setup -> Options -> Check 'Tile'.

if you tile pages in illustrator, then you home printer margins may chop parts of the image off. so better to do it manually so you know the tiles will fit on an A4 fully
