Is it possible to use a custom graphic for this button? Helpz.

Ya. I saw that one. It has limitations where you can't change your selection after selecting a file. So it's a no-go.

only other way I have done it (without the limitation) is to use Flash for the browse/upload, doesn't suit all cases of course.

hell of a thing. was reading about this a couple weeks ago. select lists are hard to customize as well.
doesn't make much sense.
