first impression: there is absolutely nothing in the deign, layout, copy or photography that tells me what it is this company does or anything about it's brand. i would say this is a major problem you'd want to sort out before moving forward.

Agreed I had to look at 4 pages before I slightly understood what it is they do and by then I got bored and moved on, still confused. The overall message is weak.
