Can anyone recommend a good site for royalty free images?
- slappy0
The good ones require payment in return for images.

Royalty free means you have to pay, to use as many times as wanted.

What is the copyright on images that you find in google images.. serious question.. if they appear there no watermark? Is this like the whole pirate bay thing where google is providing theimages do they get sued or me?
- Kiino0
Everyone gets sued. You, your client and anyone else who benefits from the hijacking...sued by the photographer, the subject, the owner of the location, the initial client who licensed the images for exclusive use. I think that covers it.

- Oh, I forgot the model agency if it's a model in the shot. They have a phalanx of lawyers on constant standby for these matters.Kiino

If you don't have the good fortune of having attorneys offer pro bono services for you (like Shep, the artist of the Hope posters) then be ready for action. Avoid potential trouble, just pay a photographer instead.
