I did a week there. I wouldn't use the word "mature" to describe the general office conduct of the designer/creative guys there...

also, they seem to need a Flash 'guru'... the full-time senior flash guy there didn't seem to know about the 'allow smoothing' option for library images, so the banners I had to amend for them looked a bit 'unpolished'.

i met with them a few years back about doing a project there, but by the time they'd got the go ahead from the client i'd been offered another contract.
still, would like to work with them when i return to london. they came across as nice people to work for.

Same as dinnum for me - nice people, good mix of nationalities and lots of smallish banner and MPU work from what I remember.
