I'm creating a website that allows users to upload video and photos as well a chat in a forum.
I suppose i need to do a privacy policy/terms & conditions type page to protect my ass. Seeing as this website allows very similar features i thought i would "get inspiration" from the one qbn use. But thay don't have one! Why not? is it not necessary or something?
