video size for full sceen preview

  I have a video finished in aftereffects. What dimensions / settings should I convert it to when exporting? I will be streaming it full screen on the web. once converted to Flash video.

  depends how the video is being played back as far as bandwidth. if you have a fast server or are streaming it through a streaming service you can bump up the kbs, slower server and no streaming bump it down, if there is live action keep it in its native aspect ratio
