Just wondering if I could get a critique on one of my side projects, Forsnowboarding™
I'm thinking of changing it up a bit.....http://www.forsnowboarding.com
It's a snowboard-lifestyle based blog focusing on the art and design subcultures within the snowboard industry.
I'm also thinking of maybe putting it on hold for the summer until around September/October, but fear that it would kill the readership of the site and all the current readers will forget about it. I dunno. What do you think?

I like the site and check in on it from time to time. I think you should try and keep it updated as much as possible. People do snowboard year round and you will definitely lose readers.

I really like the logo, clean and simple. As for the wordpress template, I would utilize one that offered more of a grid look like uncrate.com does http://www.uncrate.com/grid/late…
It makes it easy to checkout all new products at a single glane and let the user decide what to read as opposed to scrolling down.
my 2 cents
- yeah I like uncrate's new grid as well. hate how they sneak ads into it thoughmoveinspace
- hey, they gotta make money somehow.. and it's easy to tell which ones are ads.. hahairrelevant

i like your blog. keep up with the twitter, i follow and it reminds me to check the site.
as for summer content i would definitely try to keep it rolling. you'll lose all your readers. i think there's enough happening in the industry to post something at least 1 or 2x a week.
feature designers. artists. trends. product collabs. sneak peaks at next season's gear. etc.
