The med chicago stuff needs some finessing.. the graphics are pixellated and feel out of place.
Not sure how i feel about the URL's representing web work... since you're showing everything else in context maybe a screen cap shopped onto a monitor would be more appropriate?

i'd rather see your CV as HTML or improve the quality. I don't like in your contact section that you can see the white bounding box on the white.

I like the "tone" of your intro paragraph. It's memorable and personal.

Nice and simple. I like it. "1000 days" makes you sound like a noob tho, I'd get rid of it. Using the word 'days' in experience just doesn't sound like a long time to me. Make your resume HTML text or a PNG.

I think the site is a little too sophisticated for your work. I like the work, I just don't see a great connexion between the two.

Opening paragraph jpg... ease off the compression or save out as gif, it's got halos and pixels. Or just get rid of it. I would go with the latter.
