I have a photo I want to print and frame. It's cropped to 2276x2276px. I want to print it my printer's (as in, high-street printer) maximum size of 76x76cm. Without interpolation, this gives me a DPI of 76dpi, which is quite low. In print I was always told to print @ 300dpi. Will this look bad, or ok?

what is the viewing distance? How close are people going to get the print?

It will essentially have a similar resolution as your screen. It's not the worst, but you could benefit from upscaling the image carefully.

Put a little fence in front of it so people have to stand back.

bill boards are at 100 - 150 normally
- yes but the original must be upscaled to get to that sizeNightshade

150dpi - the place I deal with prefers this since according to them the rip upscales it best
