The IE6 issue occurs when you click to see any of your projects. The page justifies left as it slides to that part of the page.

Great work on an engaging, simple site - nice job, man.
My only quibble - I think the reliance on inscrutable 'Back to top' links coupled with the screen scroll is a bit clumsy, and I'd try and make the return functionality a bit more visible somehow.
