Client Vendor Fail

  So our one of our clients insisted on using a vendor we had never used before because 'they knew the people there.'

  Well after uploading finalized artwork to said vendor FTP the vendor sat on the artwork and was unreachable via email or phone until this morning, when they contacted us telling us our client was having a heart attack because they had not received their prints yet.

  This could have definitely been avoided had we just gone with one of our local, reliable vendors.

  Clients.... *sigh*

  anyone have similar stories of idiocy?
