Oldest one that still exists in its original form is
http://www.itdept.co.uk/index.ht…Built about 2002, was runner up/highly commended in the Design Week Awards 2003.
At a previous job, I took over the design of the Homecorp Nightclub Chain. Nightclubs in London, New York and Sydney.
For the Sydney club, a new graphic was needed for the page ... this was one of the other pages ...
For the new graphic, I used the grid of rounded squares and overlayed an outline of australia then deleted squares that were not needed - so I ended up with a 'rounded square pixelated shape similar to oz'.
This was back in like 2001-2002.
When Limmy was on his world travels (he used work with me and do the flash stuff on the homecorp sites), he got in touch and told me that he'd seen a Homecorp flyer and they were still using the graphic i'd created over 5 years later.I was well chuffed to see they were still using something that was just literally done in ten minutes and was just to take up some space on a page. :)

- well, like i said the css is incomplete for some reason.
it wasn't a terrible site actually7point34 - the header and footers are screwed up and i'm not sure why the background is tan instead of white7point34

hahaha, no chance - anything still going from more than 6 months ago will have been beasted into raggedy arsed oblivion by clients with their mitts on the CMS by now. Not a chance.
- *tries to think of something in flash with static content...kelpie

haha kelpie its not bad - when was it made ?

Mine was probably worse than kelpie's. It had rainbow page breaks/hr images, neon colours on black (always black background), a guestbook, countdowns to the birthdays of everyone I knew at the time, multiple counters (for site statistics), and lots of animated GIFS. Was online up until about 2 years ago.
