i'm thinking about a scene change... what's manchester like for the following?
design jobs?
any well known studios or interesting work?
culture? galleries, streetwear, general hipster vibemoving away from london is a pretty big deal for me, but i'd like to get buy a place once the economy is on the up'n'up again and manch seems like a cool place.

I suppose its just how good you are?
As no one is really advertising any positions, but one could be made available if you were the right person if you get what I mean

i cant even get a student placement in manchester at the moment so if you have a steady job where you are i wouldn't move.
apart from the job market its a pretty cool city.

manchester has a good creative scene but its never going to be as big as london's.
the northern quarter in manc would appeal to you, its rammed with creative agencies, galleries, bars and boutique type design shops, oh and millions of hipsters.
