CSS IE Help

If someone with experience troubleshooting CSS issues in IE (7) could take a look at this real quick and give me an inkling as to why I'm having positioning issues I'd really appreciate it. It looks fine in Firefox and Safari.

I've not got IE7 but its really fucked in IE6.
Not helpful, I know. Just use conditional comments.

2nd. it doesn't fit in 1024*768? why not? you have a huge margin to the left, fix that or frustrate users.
3. fix the logo png in ie, i can see the transparent square
4. wrappers. the days of having to use browser specific pages should be behind you, margin is tricky so don't use it if not necessary
