What are some of the best designed web apps in your opinion in terms of usability?
And not just boring stuff like the Google search but sites that are trying new things.

this is a leap forward, with the player and all. http://soundcloud.com/ kinda narrow audiencewise though.
maybe specify what you´re looking for, why you´re asking even. most web apps that come to mind are mainly about browsing, so no big difference in usability. when you go for serious (biz)applications that would be another thing...

also it´s hard to differentiate ´usability´ from the app´s underlying purpose. flickrs usability f.ex. sucks balls (search + overview lacks), on the other hand it´s so easy too use that billions dig it.

I am talking more about sites that require fluid interaction, not just searching and browsing. Soundcloud is good.
