I know the Linitype FontExplorer is the best out there, but the beta for Windows is awful. What else out there is worth using???

Extensis Suitcase has some awful product reviews out there.

+1 for font frenzy. Free and simple to use.
This and Studio Max are the only reasons I ever use a PC. Oh, and games.

i tried suitcase a while ago, had huge problems with it on vista in combination with cs3 apps. if you go for it, you might want to check if they have a stable release now.

2 Best ones, and I have tried them all and spent a bunch of money are:
1. Font Agent Pro 4 for Windows
2. FontExpert 2009
