My brother is in school still. As most of you know you can get school discounts on the adobe suites.
My question is are the Adobe suites you purchase from the university the same as what you would purchase professionally/personally.
I ask only because my current employer we can install a copy at work and a copy at home. Could I install the University CS4 on two different computers?
Sorry for the length.

it's the same
- My partner and I were going to get the full version for 500 will it matter if we are both working at the same time?rodzilla
- we will not be on the same IProdzilla
- I dunno if it will activate two times, but if it will, IP doesn't matter. Adobe CS doesn't really phone homejimbojones
- CS phones home all the time. They have a BG process called LogTransport, look it up.zarkonite
- really? must be the crack that removes it...jimbojones

same product.
as for the license: "The activation process supports installation on two machines. The Adobe product license agreement allows the primary user to install the product on a primary computer and also on a home or laptop computer for his or her use, provided that the two copies are not used simultaneously. While the activation process supports installing and activating Adobe software on two machines, the usage of the product on the second computer is restricted to the user who licensed the software. Allowing others to use a second copy of the software violates the product license agreement."

There is a difference from the "Pro" and "Student" in the EULA. Technically ... Adobe can go after you if you make it commercial and make money. Don't know if Adobe has ever done so, but I heard that is the acquired risk. Also it may complete future upgrades.

Adobe Student Editions are for installation soley on
private computers and for non-commercial purposes only.
