Preferably with a private WHOIS option?

I have been using them for 10 years, they have everything from register lock, to private whois settings, auto alert when your domain is up for renewal and a nice account systems that lets you organize, view, manage and and chnage DNS settings.
- Doesn't everyone have that?raf
- No they do not, and if so... where is your recommendation?utopian
- I don't have one for the US. Just moving away from godaddy.com to www.ovh.co.ukraf

I like GoDaddy (in spite of awful ads n stuff)

Godaddy autocharged me a small amount of money for some bogus membership service they had forced me into when I was buying a domain on their auctions a year earlier. That was it, I started moving my domains away from them.
www.ovh.co.uk has the ugliest UI and the best prices around. Unlike godaddy, they don't charge for whois masking.Anyway, if using godaddy, always google godaddy coupons before checking out.

I use godaddy as well. I did use register.com before, but I seem to recall a particularly annoying issue which is why I changed. Maybe they were more expensive...
