"a, e, i, o, u, and sometimes y"
why is it "sometimes" y?
It's always "sometimes" for all of them.
O sometimes in radio.
A sometimes in radish.
Y sometimes in yellow, but it's also sometimes for O and E as well in yellow right?

Y is a vowel when it is next to a consonant or in between two consonants.
